When I left academia and began my professional career, I did it with very little guidance and a lot of trial and error. Eventually I found my footing, progressed, and began to hire MS and PhD level talent for my own teams. I was heartbroken to find that many of the challenges I had a decade prior were still there. I founded LaterAcademia to bridge the gap between science and business, both to help technical talent find their career footing, and help them grow their own early-stage startups as founders and entrepreneurs.
